Members of the Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan have voted in favour of a strike.
They have handed an 88 per cent strike mandate for negotiators to take to the bargaining table with Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations.
The wage increase was below the cost of living and 25 per cent less than what their counterparts in Alberta are making, said HSAS.
HSA represents workers like, paramedics, hospital pharmacists, therapists and more.
