Re: 2011 Budget Saskatchewan Advantage = Chamber Advantage

The Prince Albert & District Chamber of Commerce is truly excited for the 2011 Budget. “The Saskatchewan Advantage” 2011-2012 budget provides lower taxes for families, homeowners, farmers, and business.

The budget also reduces the provincial debt and improves government services.

As a Chamber of Commerce our largest focus is on the small business tax rate which was reduced by more than half, from 4.5 percent to 2 percent.

We are also optimistic about the 260 million dollar increase to the health budget and the 556.2 million dollar allocation towards highways.

The Saskatchewan Advantage 2011 – 2012 budget showcases a growing province that takes care of the people, infrastructure, and great economic environment that we live in.

The Prince Albert & District Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a luncheon with Finance Minister Ken Krawetz on April 5th at the Quality Inn 11:45 – 1:00.

Please attend to hear the detailed analysis of our Saskatchewan Advantage.
