Make History with Guinness Book of Records Round Dance

Wouldn’t it be amazing to have your name down as a participator in a Guiness Book of World Record event?
Well, you will have the opportunity to do just that, in a fun and easy way July 13th.

The Regional Aboriginal Peoples Circle (RAPC), in cooperation with the Prince Albert Indian Metis Friendship Centre, are hosting The World’s Largest Round Dance July 13.

Registration will begin at the Main Stage of the Kinsmen Park at 5 p.m. and the round dance itself will be from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m.

This event was originally scheduled to be on National Aboriginal Day June 21 – but was rescheduled due to rain.

RAPC is also hosting a Run of Hope for Missing Aboriginal Women the same day. People participating in the run can meet at the Satellite Station on Highway 55 at 11:30. The Run will go from there, down the highway, across the bridge, up Second Ave. West, turn at 22nd Street West and end up at the Kinsmen Park about 4 p.m.
