The Rider Radio Network is Growing – Today’s Country CKBI Included in Expansion
Harvard Broadcasting Inc. is pleased to announce that several key signings have been made to expand the roster of the 620 CKRM Saskatchewan Roughrider Radio Network.
Today’s Country CKBI-AM 900 Prince Albert joins the network with enhanced coverage to the Prince Albert/Melfort region and FM repeater coverage to the northern communities of Big River and LaRonge. In the West-Central and North-West portion of the province, the most comprehensive and continuous all-access coverage in the CFL will be broadcast via the tandem of Today’s Country CJNB-AM 1050 North Battleford and CJNS-FM 102.3 Meadow Lake.
“The addition of 900 CKBI in Prince Albert is a homecoming for me as that signal was one of my first stops in this industry,” states Rod Pedersen, play-by-play voice of the Riders, “It’s fantastic that even more of Rider Nation will now be able to tune in and cheer together on game-day.”
In addition to the northern expansion of the signal, for the very first time coverage to Saskatchewan’s largest city
will be delivered in FM stereo quality as the Rider’s biggest moments will be heard on Saskatoon’s Greatest Hits – 96.3 CRUZ-FM.
