P.A. police officer relieved of duty
A police officer who has been on paid leave since 2011, has been terminated from the Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) for the second time in five years.
In 2010, Patrick Robin took matters into his own hands when he tried to prosecute a traffic ticket himself.
Robin was fired, but he appealed to the Saskatchewan Police Commission and was reinstated.
The PAPS responded by appealing the Commission’s decision, while placing Robin on paid administrative leave.
