Tree planting to honour volunteers

Prince Albert Mayor Greg Dionne was on hand Friday morning for a special event near the Prince Albert Tourism Centre.
A tree was planted in honour of National Volunteer Week which runs April 12-18.
A tree has been planted each year since 1991 to honour the commitment and dedication of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region’s volunteers.
