Robbery and police chase in Regina lands 4 people in custody

A robbery and police chase early Wednesday morning has landed an 18-year-old man and three youths in custody.

It started at a business in the 1100 block of Kramer Boulevard around 12:50 a.m. Two men entered a restaurant with their faces covered, armed with a knife and took some liquor. They got into a vehicle with three other people inside. It was not very long after when police spotted them but they would not pull over.

A police chase ensued which ended on Highway 1.

A 16-year-old girl, a 15-year-old boy, and a 17-year-old boy are facing a number of charges. Another woman was released without charge and driven home.
