A vision of what Prince Albert could be
The City of Prince Albert held its second Official Community Plan open house on Wednesday, this time providing more visual examples of what the city could look like in the future.
At this open house, there were more artist renderings – or visualizations – of different parts of the city, including downtown, and roughly Ninth Avenue East area, which incorporates a dike.
Planning and development services director John Guenther said it’s important to present the visuals because it’s hard to understand things out of text.
“The idea is to see a 3-D, not just a map, of something they could … feel like they could experience even though it’s not full scale,” he said.
