Addictions Services Available in PAPHR

Addiction Services are available in the Prince Albert Health District for Alcohol, Other Drugs & Problem Gambling addictions. We help people help themselves.

We offer the following outpatient services to all clients:

Screening, assessment, counseling , treatment planning, support & follow-up counsel-ing
Referral to inpatient, self-help & other community resources
Education, support & counseling for people affected by someone else’s substance abuse or problem gambling
Information to the public (videos, fact sheets, self-help lists, presentations)

Urban Services

Walk in and Open Access for youth and adults
Services in Carlton, Wesmor, PACI , St Mary’s & Wonska High Schools
Services in the Prince Albert Youth Residence, Prince Albert Correctional Centre & Pine Grove Correctional Centre
Services in the Victoria Hospital Emergency, the wards & Mental Health Inpatient
Support & facilitation in regard to the Youth Mandated Detox & Stabilization Act
Women’s Programs including Discovering Empowerment for Women and Women’s Weekly Support Group
