November 11, Cat.Chat Family Concert – The concert will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Rivier Academy (1405 Bishop Pascal Place) in Prince Albert. Advance tickets are $5/person or $15/family. Tickets at the door are $7/person or $25/family. Advance tickets can be bought at the Diocese Resource Centre or mailed out.   • November 29, Mont St. Joseph Montreal Canadiens Hockey Game – Don’t miss the Montreal Canadiens Alumni play against the Mont St. Joseph Rejects on November 29.  Tickets are $25/each, game time starts at 6:30pm.  If you would like to buy a VIP Ticket for $75, it includes a game ticket, 4pm autograph session with alumni players and a meet and greet after the party.  Proceeds to Mont St. Joseph Foundation.  Eleven alumni players such as Dave Morissette, Guy Carbonneau, Steve Shutt (11 players) will take part in the game.   • Jubilation Program and Prince Albert Aid to the Homeless and the Hungry – These two social agencies are looking for ways to support a major increase in demand for services and for food this time of the year.  Donations of “wild meat” would gladly be accepted.  Cutting and wrapping, or de-feathering (ducks & geese) can be done by volunteers.  Call Angela Impey at 306-940-4241.

  • November 15, Domremy Parish Fall Supper – Ste. Jeanne d’Arc Parish fall supper will take place on November 15 from 4:30-7pm at the Community Hall. Adults/$12, 6-12/$8, preschool/free.  Dutch auction, raffles and plenty of food and fun for the whole family.
     
  • November 16-18, Albertville Parish Mission with Ken Yasinski – Could there be more to your faith than what you have experienced? Dynamic speaker and author Ken Yasinski will be leading a 3 day parish mission, designed to help answer life’s most meaningful questions.  The topics will be ‘What is the Purpose of My Life?’, ‘Freedom Through Forgiveness’, ‘Living With An Eternal Perspective’. This mission is Catholicism in everyday simple language that will make relevant the timeless truths of our faith. Since 1999, Catholic speaker and author Ken Yasinski has been communicating the Catholic faith with clarity and passion.  His life’s mission is to help ordinary people experience an extra-ordinary life, through Christ and His Church.  He is a husband, father, author and a Lighthouse Catholic Media speaker. 
     
  • November 20-22, St. Joseph Seminary Come and See Weekend – The seminary in Edmonton is hosting a special weekend from November 20-22.  If you are interested in discovering what it is to be a seminarian and being called by God in a special way, this is the weekend for you.  For more information contact Fr.   • Novembre 21-22, La nouvelle évangélisation: une affaire de famille – Les 21 et 22 novembre 2015 à la Cathédrale Sacré Cœur de Prince Albert.  Conférencière invitée, Madame Michèle Boulva d’Ottawa, directrice de l’Organisme Catholique de la Vie et de la Famille. Deux présentations “La famille a-t-elle besoin d’être évangélisée?” et “La famille: apôtre d’apôtres!
