Boil water advisory issued for St. Louis

A precautionary drinking water advisory has been issued for the Village of St. Louis.

The Village of St. Louis Distribution System proceeded with the warning on Wednesday after a water main break.

The order, effective immediately, applies to all water used for drinking, cooking and bathing. Before use, the water should be boiled for at least one minute.

The advisory is expected to be in place until next week as repairs are completed and the water samples meet requirements.
