Bylaw changes affect pet owners, business owners and students
In addition to suggesting a review of the city’s utility rate structure, city council also rubber stamped a few other key issues Monday night.
The amendments to the city’s portable sign bylaw received a second and third reading.
The amendments help define a portable sign and also clear up confusion as to who can put up a sign.
According to the bylaw, no sign can be placed within the city limits unless both the owner of the property upon which the sign is placed and the owner of the sign both hold a current valid City of Prince Albert business license.
