Missing teen found in river dead

The search for a missing 17-year-old boy has come to a tragic end.

Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP confirm the body of Lane Guggenmos was found in the river, about 100 metres east of the pedestrian bridge in town, on Tuesday.

RCMP have not said how the teenager died. An autopsy has been ordered.

Guggenmos was last seen at his home in Fort Qu’Appelle Saturday afternoon.
