La Ronge RCMP seeking owner of traditional items

At approximately 10:45 a.m. May 24, the La Ronge RCMP received a box containing several items that were located on the 700-block of La Ronge Avenue.
An RCMP press release states the box contains what appear to be several traditional items of significant importance including sweetgrass, feathers, a sand dollar and a small drum-like object. The regalia will currently be kept at the La Ronge RCMP detachment until claimed by the owner.
Those with information pertaining to the owner of the items are encouraged to call the La Ronge RCMP at 1-306-425-6730 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
