Sep 27, 2013 | 5:03 PM

The only eyewitness to the brutal assault that killed Ricky Bear near Prince Albert was back on the stand Friday morning.

Harley Bear began testifying on Thursday morning at Wayne Moshenko’s second murder trial at the Court of Queen’s Bench in Prince Albert.

During the Thursday session he told the court he saw Moshenko and another man punching and kicking his uncle, Ricky Bear. According to Bear, it happened in a field east of Prince Albert on Aug. 6, 2011. However, later in the day during cross-examination he said he wasn’t sure about Moshenko’s role in the beating.

On Friday morning, crown prosecutor Michael Pilon re-examined the 18-year-old Bear in order to clarify what he saw on the afternoon in question.
