P.A. man fined after unlawfully hunting moose and elk
A Prince Albert man has been fined $9,400 under The Wildlife Act.
Armand Nadeau was found guilty of two charges under the Wildlife Act and one charge under the Fisheries Act.
After calls were made to the ministry of environment’s Turn In Poachers (TIP) line on Sept. 15 and 19, 2014, conservation officers began to investigate complaints of a man unlawfully hunting moos and elk.
The same person, Nadeau, was also charged in April for unlawfully marketing fish.
