Smile Cookie campaign returns

A popular and tasty fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince Albert and Tim Hortons Foundation Camps is officially fresh out of the oven.

An event Monday morning at the Marquis Road Tim Horton’s location in Prince Albert marked the official return of the Smile Cookie campaign.

“We are incredibly grateful to be chosen again and so excited to kick off this campaign,” said Natasha Thomson, development coordinator of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince Albert. “We have amazing teams of volunteers ready to help decorate cookies and spread smiles. Now we need the community to show up, buy cookies, and help us make an even bigger impact.”

 The campaign runs from April 27 to May 3, and every Smile Cookie purchased for just $2 will help change lives, with 100 per cent of proceeds supporting local mentoring programs and transformative camp experiences for youth.
