Mother and daughter painting donated to Rose Garden Hospice
Some new roses will adorn the walls of the Rose Garden Hospice thanks to a Prince Albert mother and daughter team of artists.
Wilna and Tia Furstenberg were commissioned to paint a scene of pink roses by Kelly and Susan Timmerman after the Timmerman’s saw a previous painting by the Furstenbergs.
“Collaborations like this art project are meaningful to those involved and to everyone who benefits from this incredible facility. We are profoundly thankful to Kelly Timmerman and his family for this generous donation,” said Wayne Nogier, chair of the hospice’s board of directors in a news release.
Kelly Timmerman won a painting from the Furstenbergs at a Rotary Club fundraiser last November and donated it to the Mont St. Joseph Home.
