Weekend snowstorm forces school bus cancellations in P.A.

UPDATE: The Prince Albert Catholic School Division has cancelled all bus routes for Monday.

The heavy snowfall from last weekend has shut the door on several school routes in and out of Prince Albert.

The Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division (SRPSD) said all buses are cancelled for Monday as a result of the heavy, deep snow impacting local roads and rural routes.

Meanwhile, Prince Albert Catholic Schools will not be running out-of-city bus routes. As of 6:30 a.m., all city routes were still scheduled to run.
