Woman involved in multi-vehicle crash, enters not guilty pleas to dangerous driving
A woman accused of causing a multi-vehicle crash west of Prince Albert, is maintaining her innocence.
Not guilty pleas have been entered to three counts of dangerous driving, including two for causing bodily harm.
Lisa Smith is also accused of attempting to leave the scene of an accident and providing police with a false name.
The case was discussed Tuesday morning at Prince Albert Provincial Court and a trial date was secured for Dec. 18. Smith’s attendance was waived for the hearing and the pleas were entered by her lawyer.
