STARS air ambulance was called to take an accident victim to hospital following a collision between a car and a person two days ago.
Kinistino Fire Department said they were called to James Smith First Nation on Aug. 20 just before 7 p.m. and responded with their command vehicle and a fire engine.
While on the way, they were told that STARS had been called to the scene so once firefighters arrived, they assessed the patient and then set up a landing zone for the helicopter.
After the patient was taken away, members returned home.
