VANDEVORD – Lori Ann, late of Muskoday SK, born in Prince Albert on July 17th, 1978 passed away on August 5th, 2021 in Muskoday, SK at the age of 43 years. Lori’s passing was sudden and unexpected, the family is having a very hard time with this tremendous loss. She was the baby of the family and life will never be the same without her. Lori struggled with the loss of our parents and her life was never the same without them. Lori grew up in Prince Albert where she attended school and made many lifelong friends. She shared a special bond with her older sister Kimberley and followed her wherever she went. Lori moved to Muskoday in her late teenage years where most of her family resided and she stayed close to this place she called home for the remainder of her life. She loved going for drives and listening to music on the backroads with her spouse and children. Later in their relationship, Randy, her children’s father, started racing horses and she loved the rodeo life. She also loved to bake, play dice, do puzzles, listen to music, be on the boat, crossword puzzles and visits with friends. Many large family gatherings were at their family home where both Lori and Randy enjoyed cooking for the holidays. While living in Muskoday Lori had numerous jobs and a special one she loved was at the Muskoday School where she was Pre-K teacher. She treasured her job, the children she taught, and the friends she made during this period of her life. Lori loved the lake life and made many memories with her children and Randy at Struthers Lake. Lori had an infectious laugh that lit up a room and it is something that we will all miss so much. She will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Lori is survived by her children Cody, Logan, Morgan, and Lily Ann Bair of Muskoday, SK; her siblings Michelle Vandevord (Troy Bear) of Muskoday, SK, Russell Vandevord of Regina, SK, Kimberley (Sheldon) Buffalo of Whitecap, SK, and Elvis (Monica) Thain of Edmonton, AB; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
