The body of RCMP Const. Shelby Patton will return to the community where he died on Saturday.

The town of Wolseley said in a Facebook post Patton’s body will arrive in town around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, when it will be brought to the Tubman Funeral Home.

The public is encouraged to line Poplar and Front Street wearing red to show support for the Mountie killed in the line of duty during a traffic stop.

Forty-one-year-old Alphonse Traverse and 42-year-old Marlene Pagee, both from Winnipeg, made their first court appearance Monday on charges of manslaughter, failing to stop after an accident resulting in death, vehicle theft and other related charges.
