Ontario doctor charged with first-degree murder has Saskatchewan connections
A doctor in Hawkesbury, Ont., who was charged with murder also spent time at the University of Saskatchewan as a medical resident specializing in general internal medicine.
According to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario website, 35-year-old Dr. Brian Jacob Nadler was charged with one count of first-degree murder on Friday. His licence has been active since February of 2020, his specialty is in internal medicine, and he graduated from McGill University in 2010.
According to an email to 650 CKOM and records from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS), a Dr. Brian Jacob Nadler who also graduated from McGill University in 2010 began his residency in Saskatchewan at the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Medicine in July of 2014 and continued until his resignation in October of 2016.
During that time, according to CPSS records, he was disciplined twice for two separate incidents that occurred on the night of Aug. 19-20, 2014.
