Dwight Brennen George Chaif-Dumais, “Bre”, was born on Sunday, March 3, 1991, in Calgary, AB, and passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020, in Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 29 years. Brennen is survived by his loving family, his mother, Karen Chaif (Ramsey Merasty); his father, Frederick Dumais; his special friend, Annlee Lafond; his children, Jordyn “Jigs” Dumais, Rayden “Pumpkin” Lafond; his sisters, Larae Smallboy (Pinto Smallboy), Laren Dumais (Jacob Auigbelle), Shay “Bad girl” Whitford, Shykylla Dumais, Laureen Dumais (Danzel Ear); his brothers, Frederick McGilvery, Shawn McGilvery, Derrick “Sonny” Whitford, Skyler Dumais; his grandparents, Ann Chaif, Melvin Sewap, Bernadette Young, Fred Dumais, Phillip Merasty. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandfather, George Chaif; his kokum, Irene “Chee Chee” Yellowface; his great grandfather, George Sewap; his great grandmother, Margaret Sewap; his great, great grandmother, Eliza Fosseneuve; his uncle, Tyson “Gus” Yellowface; his niece, Riley Willow Gladue; his special cousins, Darryl “Jr” Sewap, Rayanne Sewap; his childhood friend, Theoran Meguinis; his friends, Ken Sewap, Wesley Custer.
