Dennis Semeniuk and family would like to express our sincere appreciation for the many acts of kindness that were shown while Diane was fading, and after her passing. Our hearts are full of gratitude. We want to say many thanks to family members, friends, and neighbors for sympathy, food, flowers, and cards.

A special thank you to Dr. Isobel, Dr. Kemp, and Dr. Surkan for their consistent care throughout Diane’s years of health issues. Thank you to the Saskatchewan Health Authority care team, nurses, nurses’ aides, and home care for all of their attention at hospital and home. Too many to mention, but to us you made Diane feel like she was the only one, and the friendships and bonds she made with all of you made her last months bearable.

Gray’s Funeral Chapel, thank you for your professionalism and understanding. To Myriam Minier for being there for my family: thank you for taking care of Diane and all the little details.

But most of all, thank you to the entire team. Diane was able to fight her cancer battle at home with family by her side, rather than in a hospital. Without all of you, we couldn’t have achieved that goal. There will never be another Diane Semeniuk and we will cherish her memory. Thank you, everyone.
