Planned service disruption at Collaborative Emergency Centre in Spiritwood

The Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) in Spiritwood has announced there will be a planned service disruption for approximately a month.

According to a media release from the Saskatchewan Health Authority, as of today Aug. 21, at the Spiritwood Health Centre there will be no CEC coverage on the weekends and anticipate they’ll be back to regular hours by Sept. 21. In addition there will be no CEC coverage on Aug. 31 and Sept, 7.

Due to the service disruption, the building will only be open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. X-ray, laboratory and community services will only be available through appointment.

For those who want to make physician appointments at the Spiritwood Primary Health Clinic, they can continue to do so during regular hours by phone.
