It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family announce the sudden passing of Darlene Angel Nikolaisen on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the age of 48 years old, in St Walburg, SK. Darlene was born on Sunday, July 16th, 1972, in Prince Albert, SK. She was the oldest child of 3 to Hank & Paulette and blessed with older siblings from Dad’s first relationship. Darlene was a devoted mother to her two sons, Zachary Harris and Ayden Dalke. They were her heart and soul and she was extremely proud of her children. Nothing brought Darlene more joy then spending as much quality time with them. When Zachary met Chelsea, Darlene instantly considered her a daughter well before their engagement. Darlene had many jobs throughout her life. Each one involving her to socialize and do what she did best. Darlene had an outgoing personality that people were immediately drawn too. Her laugh, smile and eyes were always talked about. Darlene was beautiful, intelligent and extremely passionate woman. She ensured connections were kept with everyone she loved near and far, to check in, catch up, share stories and always remind them of how much she loved them. It was known by all that Darlene was never the same after she suffered the tragic loss of both of her parents and her best friend Lana. Depression set in and she lost some of her “Shine,” however Darlene persevered and still fought every day with a smile on her face. Although we were not ready for you to leave this world, Darlene we find peace and comfort in knowing you are now with your loved ones. Darlene will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
