Sharon “Sherry” (nee Brown) Bacon
May 19, 1957 ~ April 22, 2020

Sherry unexpectedly passed away at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert with her family by her side, one month prior to her 63^rd birthday.  Sherry was born May 19, 1957 in Prince Albert to Irene and Bill Brown.  She was the youngest in the family of seven siblings.  Sherry has always lived and gone to school in Prince Albert.  She has worked in various locations, always as a waitress, often recognized as she was well liked wherever she was working and noticed for her smile and good service.  Sherry also devoted herself to looking after her mom for many years before having to place her in a nursing home.  Sherry had a huge heart for animals.  She enjoyed her gardening, canning, looking after her plants and flowers, especially lilies.

Sherry and Keith met and fell in love, and soon after their first son Dale was born.  They married in 1975.  They welcomed their only daughter Tina and to complete their family they had their third child Duane.  They raised their family in Prince Albert and rural areas.  There were always extra people around their home, no matter if it was family, friends, the kids’ friends, or the grandkids’ friends.  Sherry always believed ‘the more the merrier’.

Sherry’s truest joy in life was her grandkids.  She treasured each of them.

Sherry leaves to mourn her, her beloved husband Keith Bacon; son Dale (Kim) Brown and their children Morgan and Chase; daughter Tina (Bill) McWatters and their children Tasha and Joel; son Duane Bacon and children Josh and BrittLyn; brother Wilford Brown; sister Marilyn (Roger) Linfitt; brother Charlie (Donna) Brown; sister-in-law Sharon Brown; sister-in-law Ruth Ethier; brother-in-law Rick (Kathleen) Bacon; brother-in-law Calvin (Barb) Schrader; sister-in-law Ella (Stan) Kotelko; special nieces and nephews Debra Gustafson, TerryLynn Connoly, Danny Brown, Vicki Parent; along with many more nieces and nephews.

Sherry was predeceased by her parents Bill and Irene Brown; sister in infancy Sheila Brown; brother Melvin Brown; brother Kenny Brown; sister-in-law Joyce Brown; special nephew Billy Brown; father-in-law Milo Bacon; mother-in-law Katie Schrader; step father-in-law Reg Schrader; brother-in-law Monty Schrader.

Sherry will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

The family and close friends will gather for a graveside interment at the Memorial Gardens Friday July 24^th.  Following will be the Celebration of Life.  The family invites all who knew Sherry out to Keith and Sherry’s farm to take part at 3:00 p.m.  This will be an outside service, so the family suggests dressing for the weather.  Anyone needing directions, please contact Bill at 306-980-6389.  The family asks if anyone is feeling sick, please do not attend.  The family will understand.  Thank you.
