Graham William Holland
March 26, 1938 ~ January 23, 2020
With great sadness, the family of Graham Holland (81 years) announce his passing on January 23, 2020 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
Graham is predeceased by his parents and three siblings, Alice, Bob, and Sharon. He is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline, daughter Monica (Mike) Towns, son Brad (Dwila Nixon), and grandchildren, Jadan and Bryce Towns.
Graham was born in Biggar, Saskatchewan, the fourth child of William and Lulu Holland. He was quite an athlete, setting high school and city records in diving, running, and other field events. He admired his older brother as a brick mason, and proudly followed in his footsteps. Much of his work can still be seen throughout the city, including the brick wall depicting The Last Supper at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. He loved spending time in nature, camping, playing golf, fishing, and stargazing. He was a caring and gentle soul, spending time with family, friends, and his beloved pets. He will be missed dearly.
A private family gathering will occur at a later date.
In lieu of other tributes, those wishing may donate in his name to the SPCA. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306) 922-4729.
