Prince Albert RCMP members are searching for two suspects after an armed robbery at a business on Highway 2 North, roughly 30 km out of town.

The incident happened Monday, Jan. 6 around 7:30 p.m. Two individuals entered Mr. T’s Pub and Offsale, where they demanded cash.

Police say one suspect, believed to be a male, was armed with a firearm. He wore a white and black hoodie, black ski pants, a Montreal Canadiens toque, and light blue gloves.

The second suspect is described as female, wearing black ski pants, a black winter coat, black toque and gloves.

One of the pub’s workers said she was working the evening of the robbery when a man entered the business with a long arm.

“He said give me all your money and smokes or else I’m going to shoot you,” she said. The worker, who paNOW has chosen not to identify, said she finds it difficult to fall asleep since the incident.

Both suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police said witnesses reported the suspects fleeing in a white Jeep.

There were no injuries during the incident.
