Police looking for inmate who escaped in La Ronge

Police are searching for an inmate who escaped custody in La Ronge, Sask.
John Riley Sanderson, 32, was set to appear at La Ronge Provincial Court today. Roughly around 12 p.m., he escaped custody when being led from the courthouse to a transport vehicle. He hasn’t been seen since.
At the time of his escape, Sanderson wore a correctional services uniform that consisted of green pants, a grey shirt, and a blue and white patterned jacket with the letters PACC written across the back.
Sanderson is described as a 5-7 male weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Some of his visible tattoos include the following: “LA” under the left eye, “Mary Rose” on the left side of his neck, “Veronica” on the right side of his neck, and tattoos all around both his arms.
