Baba passed away in Saskatoon with her family by her side at 86 years young on Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Ruth (John) Macht (their children Jordan (Jess), Jackson and Jamieson; Mackenzie (Scott) Ackerman, Hunter and Chase); her son Morris (Kim) Moldowan (their children Tania (Chris) Bergen, Nathan and Lyndon; Tammy (Robert) Venn, Austen; Tabitha (Tim) Cooper, Mercedes and Bailey); her daughter Pat (Dave) Ingram (their children Kelsey; Jodi (Mathew) Kennedy); her daughter Sherry (Marc) Stuparyk (their children Jessica Kalika (Ryan Paterson) and Casey Kalika). Pauline (nee Lukaschuk) was born and raised in Prince Albert. She attended Connaught and PACI schools and then worked as an assistant at PA Dental Lab. She met Bill Moldowan and they got married on October 20, 1946. She was a stay at home Mom to her four children. She volunteered for 18 years in various departments at the Victoria Hospital. She began singing with the Seniors Songsters, she also sang with the Happy Gang which she did up till her passing. Her favorite pastimes were gardening, playing cards and socializing with friends and family. Baba treasured her time spent with her 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was an independent woman and lived life to the fullest. Mom was predeceased by her husband Bill in 1997 and was the last sibling in her family of 8 children. A special thank you to the staff of RUH Critical and Coronary Care Units. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13 from River Park Memorial Chapel. Pastor Dennis Serfas will officiate. Interment will take place in the Garden of Christus, Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.
