Body found in Moose Jaw River

A man's body was pulled out of the Moose Jaw River on Monday night just behind the Union Hospital.

Moose Jaw Police Chief Rick Bourassa says at first glance, there appears to be nothing suspicious about the death but the investigation is on-going.

“There’s nothing at this time to indicate anything suspicious about the death that occurred there but again, we have a lot of investigative work to do yet,” Bourassa said.

43-year-old Timothy Lockard hasn't been seen in five days. But Bourassa couldn't confirm if this has anything to do with that missing persons’ case.
