Halifax stop replaced by Red Deer event on delayed Rock League schedule

TORONTO — The Curling Group announced an updated schedule for the 2026-27 Rock League on Thursday, with a previously announced stop in Halifax removed from the circuit.
The Halifax event, planned for Jan. 14-17 at Scotiabank Centre, will be replaced by an April 8-11 competition at the Servus Arena in Red Deer, Alta.
The Curling Group also announced that the second edition of the league will culminate with a championship event April 15-18 in Kalamazoo, Mich.
Previously announced events in Moose Jaw, Sask. (Jan. 7-10), Utica, N.Y. (Jan. 28-31), and Ottawa (Feb. 4-7) remain on the schedule, which was initially set to be released Wednesday.
