New Provincial Court judge appointed in Prince Albert
Saskatoon lawyer Jason Peszko is the newest provincial court judge appointed in Prince Albert, joining four others recently named by the provincial government.
Judge Peszko graduated from law school at the University of Saskatchewan in 1999 and was called to the bar on July 4, 2000.
Peszko then articled with William H. Roe in Saskatoon, working in criminal defence, real estate, wills and estates, tax enforcement, municipal law, and corporate and commercial law.
Peszko has decades of experience in court and before tribunals across Saskatchewan in trial and appellate litigation, representing many rural municipalities and towns.
