MONTREAL — The Montreal Victoire signed forward Michelle Karvinen to a one-year contract on Thursday, the Professional Women’s Hockey League team announced.

The 36-year-old joined the PWHL last season, recording three goals and six assists in 30 games with the Vancouver Goldeneyes.

Vancouver selected Karvinen in the first round, seventh overall, of the 2025 PWHL Draft. She also served as an alternate captain for part of the season.

Karvinen plays internationally for Finland and has competed in five consecutive Winter Olympics.
