Crescent Acres access impacted as 15th Avenue East closes for roadway rehabilitation
A major road rehabilitation project will temporarily close a section of 15th Avenue East, significantly impacting traffic access to Prince Albert’s Crescent Acres neighbourhood.
The City of Prince Albert’s Public Works Department announced roadway rehabilitation work will take place on 15th Avenue East between 22nd Street and 28th Street from July 25 to July 31, weather permitting.
The project will include asphalt milling, paving and select concrete repairs along one of the city’s primary arterial roadways.
During construction, 15th Avenue East will be fully closed within the project area. City officials said the closure is necessary to ensure the safety of workers and motorists while allowing crews to complete the rehabilitation work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
