Mid-Summer Check-In: What’s Working and What Needs Resetting

Mid-summer always feels like a natural pause.
Summer is well underway, the days are full, and somehow the year already feels more than halfway gone. Instead of rushing ahead or worrying about everything I have not done yet, I am using this moment to check in with myself: what is working, what feels off, and what needs a gentle reset?
For me, this time of year usually arrives with a funny mix of energy and tiredness. There are longer evenings, more daylight, and all the little summer things I look forward to, but there is also that quiet realization that I have been trying to fit a lot into a short season. I catch myself saying yes to one more outing, one more errand, or one more project, and then wondering why I feel stretched instead of refreshed.
