Prince Albert man charged after shooting in Redwing

A 38-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault, following a shooting that occurred in Redwing last Friday night.

The RCMP’s investigation determined there was an altercation between a group of individuals. During the altercation, a firearm was discharged, injuring a male in the group.

He went to the hospital and reported serious injuries to police.

A firearm was later located and seized by officers at a residential property.
