PAYHL doubles in size for second summer season
The Prince Albert Youth Hockey League (PAYHL) is set to double the fun for their second summer season.
Nearly 130 kids will compete in three divisions from U11 to U15, which is a huge uptick compared to last season’s number of 64 participants split between U11 and U13.
According to league founder Cole Massey, the affiliate player (AP) program allows for a little room for expansion.
“Players can join teams that are already established and then help out with attendance when the summer season gets going, and other commitments kind of get in the way of hockey.”
