Arson suspected in P.A. Radiator Shop fire

A fire that caused extensive damage to P.A. Radiator Shop originated from outside the building, and the investigation has been turned over to police.
That’s according to Prince Albert Fire Department Deputy Chief Alex Paul, who told paNOW it appears the fire was deliberately set in one of the sheds behind the shop.
On May 4, around 5:30 p.m., the city’s fire department responded to the 200 block of 16 Street West and upon arriving on scene, saw that a power line was arcing and flames had spread to the roof of P.A. Radiator Shop.
Fire crews were successful in knocking down the fire and stopped it from spreading to other nearby businesses.
