Testimony concludes at Prince Albert murder trial
Testimony has wrapped up at the Daniel Oliver murder trial in Prince Albert.
He was one of five men charged after the death of Byron Bear in late 2021.
It’s alleged Oliver was the person who shot Bear during the exchange of gunfire that occurred outside a midtown residence. He was also allegedly one of four people in the car that drove Bear’s body to a remote area near Rosthern.
The car that wreaked of gasoline and contained blood stains was found parked later that day in Saskatoon, about two blocks away from the house where Oliver’s mom lived.
