Increased police presence near East Hill encampment

A thick line of yellow police tape has been used to help contain a section of forested area in Prince Albert’s East Hill neighbourhood.
The Prince Albert Police Service has advised the public of an increased police presence in the 400 Block of 19th Street East.
Traffic restrictions are in place and members of the public are asked to avoid the area until further notice.
A statement from the police indicated more information will be provided when available.
