Gamble hasn’t been seen since Oct. 15, 2022, when he was in Debden, about an hour northeast of Prince Albert. He was 28 at the time.

RCMP believed at the time he may have been heading to Beardy’s & Okemasis Cree Nation on foot but was also known to travel to Prince Albert, Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation and Big River First Nation.

On Sept. 4, Shellbrook RCMP received a report of a deceased individual located on Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation. The preliminary investigation said the death appeared to be non-suspicious.
