A dangerous shooting incident along Highway 2 near Northside has Prince Albert RCMP searching for the suspects involved.

Police received a report that a gun had been fired in Northside around 10 p.m. on April 10th.

Investigators said a fight happened between occupants in a truck and another vehicle in front of a business.

Afterwards, the second vehicle drove away while the truck began chasing and shooting at the vehicle on Highway 2. The truck later turned onto a grid road south of Johnson Hill Road and headed towards Sturgeon Lake First Nation.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

The truck is a Dodge Ram, dark in colour with grey wheel flares, original rims, and no sidestep running boards.

RCMP is asking anyone in the Northside area who may have witnessed suspicious activity, or captured surveillance footage on the night of April 10th to contact them at 310-RCMP or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477)
