PAPS looks for suspect who lit fire department fence on fire

It was a short response time for Prince Albert firefighters yesterday after an unknown suspect lit the fire department’s fence on fire.

PAFD said in an appeal for information on social media that the incident happened just before 5 a.m. on April 1.

“The Prince Albert Fire Department was dispatched to the front of the Fire Station…for a fence on fire,” the department posted.

They found a small fire burning near the top of the fence and extinguished it.
