‘Not completed his mission’: Psychologist says mass killer didn’t intend to overdose
A criminal investigative psychologist said a mass killer accidentally overdosed on cocaine and didn’t intend to die while being taken into custody.
Matt Logan told a coroner’s inquest that Myles Sanderson wasn’t looking to take his own life when he ingested the drug on Sept. 7, 2022.
The killer was still on a mission after the stabbing massacre in Saskatchewan, Logan said, and that was to harm the mother of his children, Vanessa Burns.
“He didn’t really care one way or another if he lived or died,” Logan, who is also a former RCMP officer, testified Thursday.
