Case IH has been recognized with several awards from the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE).

The Outstanding Agricultural Innovation Awards were presented for the Steiger 715 Quadtrac, Model Year 2024 Steiger 425-645 tractors, AFS Furrow Command for Precision Disk Drills and toolbar lift system for 2120 Early Riser rigid trailing split-row planter.

The awards highlight the continuous focus on technological innovation at Case IH designed to improve and enhance farmers’ efficiency across the globe.

Case IH North America Vice President Kurt Coffey said the company has shown how it can greatly improve the way farmers do their jobs.

“The ASABE Awards are just another proof-point from Case IH that our actions speak louder than words. We’re here to serve farmers, and we are doing just that,” Coffey said.

Christian Farmers Federation of Ontario (CFFO) has doubled its December donations to the Canadian Foodgrains Bank.

Any contributions made until Dec. 28 to the joint Foodgrains Bank and CFFO campaign will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $5,000, by the Federation.

With as many as 783 million people still living with the daily reality of hunger, Foodgrains Bank executive director Andy Harrington said this opportunity for Canadians to double their gift could not come at a more important time.

“As we celebrate our 40-year anniversary, we’re reminded of the very beginnings of this journey, which started with Canadian farmers who cared enough to invest a portion of their harvest towards ending global hunger,” Harrington said. “We’re very grateful for the ongoing partnership with CFFO and how they continue to generously support this mission.”

Funds raised through this campaign will support Foodgrains Bank partners around the world to provide emergency food for families affected by situations such as violent conflict or extreme weather, and long-term agricultural programs to help lift families out of poverty.
