Guns, meth and cocaine seized during bust in Prince Albert
A 34-year-old man is facing a number of charges in connection to a drug bust this week in Prince Albert.
On Wednesday, members of the Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team and Saskatchewan Trafficking Response Team responded to a West Hill business. They arrested the suspect for possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine.
Investigators then executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a home in the West Hill area.
As a result of the arrest and search, police found and seized a loaded .45 handgun, one modified .22 rifle with ammunition, a .308 rifle with ammunition, 380 grams of meth, 153 grams of cocaine, body armor and further evidence of drug trafficking.
